Oil rush

Last few weeks has seen a rush of oil tank bases needing building, people have had there tanks checked with there boiler service and so far we have found 3 issues, a tank with a rusty underside which could have leaked at any time,a customer returning from holiday had a plastic tank perish and start to drip oil and a customer which had an oil delivery refused as the oil delivery company would not fill his tank of 2500 litres on an old style base of block piers.
New standard bases where prepared and bunded tanks fitted, this resolved the issue for these people i wonder how many others have checked there oil tanks this year or even last year?
